Two of Greater Philadelphia’s universities have ranked among Pennsylvania’s best-value colleges.
That’s according to financial planning website SmartAsset’s sixth annual ranking of the state’s best-value colleges. The University of Pennsylvania and Villanova both made the cut in its Top 10 Best Value Colleges in Pennsylvania for 2019. Penn is the region’s highest-ranked university at No. 2, while Villanova came in at No. 5.
