Philadelphia Metro Area – Overview
- Sales volume climbed to a January best 5,871 homes sold, with nearly 1K more units moved than last year. Single-family home sales (3,174) rose 21.6%, a record for the month.
- New listings of single-family homes (3,293) fell -14.3%. This was the first monthly year-over-year decline since May.
- Gloucester County marked a ten-year best median sale price of $243.0K, up by +$4.5K from last month’s previous high.
- Mercer County single-family units (22 days on the market) left sale over six weeks earlier than last January.
