JoAnn Massengill

Jo Ann grew up in Berwyn and is a longtime resident of the Main Line, and Haverford where she raised her three sons. She is a proud West Virginia alumni and a Kappa Kappa Gamma girl, graduating with honors in Marketing. Her work includes: 20 plus years of sales experience from North American Publishing. Designer at CoCo design studio. Now with Berkshire Hathaway for over five years and new member of the Lisa Ciccotelli Group – Top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors Nationally! Joann utilizes her sales experience and prides herself on human connection to enhance and lighten the home sale process.

Nabila Jackson

Having moved 19 times in her life, inside and outside the United States, Nabila Jackson is uniquely able to understand the highs and lows of the real estate sale and purchase experience, hence driving her towards a path in real estate.

Given her background (Chemical Engineering Degrees), Nabila allows analytics to give her an edge in home buying. This, plus her personable and human touch helps clients feel at ease during their journey. Her love of sport (semi-pro tennis player), translates well to the competitive field of real estate, where she showcases her drive and commitment to achieve success for her clients.

Utilizing her networks of high-profile individuals within the Philadelphia area, Nabila has unprecedented access to key decision makers throughout many fields such as city government, media, and sports (her husband is a local athlete at both the collegiate and professional level). Combined with an eye for valuable investments, she uses this knowledge in ways other agents can’t, all while taking a personalized approach tailored to the individual.

Alexis McBride

Alexis McBride was born and raised in Radnor, PA. She is a Radnor High School grad and attended Penn State University with a major in Hospitality Management. She subsequently received a Masters in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College.

A current resident of Plymouth Meeting, PA, Alexis uses her experience in Hospitality Management and her college internship with Disney with her clients in order to provide excellent customer service. She is a full-time realtor, but never misses her step-son’s soccer games.
