Philly Chosen as a Host City for the 2026 World Cup

The city has been chosen as one of 11 U.S. cities (in addition to three in Mexico and two in Canada) to host matches during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The biggest event in global sports will draw visitors from around the world to the City of Brotherly Love to see elite athletes compete for their countries on the pitch at Lincoln Financial Field.

We. Are. Pumped.

That said, soccer fans don’t have to wait until 2026 to get their futbol fix in Greater Philadelphia.
